What does Tap Invest earn as the service provider?

In case of asset leasing, Tap Invest charges a one-time processing fee from the Company/Lessee to whom assets are leased and a trailing management fee from the Investor/Lessor who purchases and owns the asset. 

The specific fee value is mentioned in the licensing contract.

In the case of invoice discounting, Tap Invest charges a one-time transaction fee from both the parties, ie the Company that's selling the invoice and the Investor who is buying the invoice.
