There are two options to add money to your Tap Balance - You can choose one of the available options to add money.
Pay via Payment Gateway (Recommended for amounts <Rs 1L)
The money deposited should reflect immediately in your Tap Balance.
UPI payments are free. For Netbanking/card payments transaction charges levied by Payment Gateway, will be applicable.
Pay via direct bank transfer: (Recommended for amounts >Rs 1L)
You can transfer funds from your registered bank account to your dedicated virtual escrow account number. You can obtain this number by choosing 'Bank Transfer' option while Adding Money.
These account details are unique to you and will not change. You can continue to transfer funds as and when you would like to transact. Funds may take upto 3-4 hours to reflect in your Tap Balance.
There are no transaction fee applicable for this mode.
Please make sure funds are transferred from your registered bank account only.
