When the asset is purchased and leased to the Company, the Investor receives the lease payments starting in the subsequent month. The lease payment is credited directly in your dedicated Tap balance that the investor registered with on the platform during the KYC (Know-Your-Customer) process.
The rental payouts are made as per the payout schedule shown on the Tap Invest platform.
Investors continue to receive lease payments on a monthly basis for the tenure of the lease followed by a buyback which happens at the end of the period.
