How does the money flow on the platform?

Post successful payment for a deal by the investor, money is collected in collection escrow account - Purple Petal Pvt Ltd Collections Escrow Account and is settled with the Company/User of the asset. 

An escrow account is a type of financial account that is managed by a third party on behalf of two other parties who are involved in a transaction. The purpose of the account is to hold funds or assets, such as money, securities, or property, until certain conditions or obligations of the transaction are met.

Rent is collected automatically through eNACH Mandate from the company/user of the asset few days before its liable to pay the investors/ owners of the asset. 

eNACH Mandate is a standing instruction given to the bank where a customer holds their account to debit a fixed amount to another bank account automatically.

Rent is collected every month till the end of the tenure period and after that, Tap Invest buys back the asset from the investor/owner of the asset for a predefined price at the buyback value.
